Britney Phan

With almost 20 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors of public health, Ericca has extensive experience in leading and managing multiple priorities, including providing technical assistance and consultation to health care entities and conducting pilot projects based on policy analysis, implementing large-scale system changes, strategic planning, facilitating diverse groups, and raising millions of dollars for non-profit organizations. Ericca is dedicated to providing vision and direction for a comprehensive and coordinated health care system, strongly emphasizing quality improvement and health care integration.
Britney Phan is pursuing a B.S. in Public Health at the College of William & Mary. She is interested in understanding the barriers that prevent people from accessing the care and health services they deserve. Her focus is on health equity, closing gaps in healthcare access, and supporting community-level initiatives that serve people facing barriers. Britney is especially drawn to this work because she wants to help create systems that are more accessible, supportive, and responsive to community needs. Britney is grateful to have the opportunity, as she begins in this field, to learn, grow, and contribute to healthier school-based health and community needs with SBHAVA.
