With over 20 years of experience in healthcare— she has dedicated her career to advancing equitable care across clinical, emergency, correctional, and school-based settings. Erika’s work spans practical nursing, emergency medical response, and healthcare operations, and most recently is focusing on transforming health access for children in underserved communities.  Erika successfully led the design and implementation of school-based health center (SBHC) models in Pulaski and Giles County Public Schools.

Adine Nicholson

Pro-bono Grant Consultant

With almost 20 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors of public health, Ericca has extensive experience in leading and managing multiple priorities, including providing technical assistance and consultation to health care entities and conducting pilot projects based on policy analysis, implementing large-scale system changes, strategic planning, facilitating diverse groups, and raising millions of dollars for non-profit organizations. Ericca is dedicated to providing vision and direction for a comprehensive and coordinated health care system, strongly emphasizing quality improvement and health care integration.

Adine has over 30 years of experience in philanthropy by helping many start-up non-profit organizations. Besides being a bank auditor and owning several businesses, she has raised three children with her husband and is now a grandmother. Recently, Adine retired after 12 years of working with a global organization that raises research funds to give zoo animals and wildlife a fighting chance to sustain their populations and slow the extinction of species. In all of Adine’s endeavors, education is at the forefront.
